Prior to forming Ladera Group LLC in 2026, Todd had extensive experience in the financial services industry. For over 20 years, he led teams that provided audit, tax, and consulting services to clients in the financial services industry, including banks, credit unions, insurance companies, trust companies, and other financial services entities. Over his 35-year career, his responsibilities also included various local, regional, and national financial services industry leadership roles at large, nationally recognized public accounting firms in the United States.  Todd graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting and Marketing. Drawing on a robust background in public accounting and a sophisticated understanding of financial services, Todd offers insights that elevate board discussions, enhance fiscal oversight, and contribute meaningfully to long-term value creation.
